FFEU President Rabbi Marc Schneier attended National Day Receptions in D.C.

Rabbi Marc Schneier was a guest of H.E. Ambassador Shaikh Abdulla Al Khalifa, Ambassador of Bahrain to the United States, and his wife, Aisha, for the Bahrain National Day Reception which was held on December 2019. While there, he spoke with Ambassador Elin Suleymanov, Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the United States and his wife Lala, about The Hampton Synagogue’s upcoming mission to Azerbaijan in March 2020.

Rabbi Schneier joined H.E. Meshal bin Hamad Al Thani, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the United States, at the Qatar National Day Celebration held at the Library of Congress on December 3rd. They continued discussing plans for Kosher food at the World Cup in 2022. While there, he spoke with H.E. Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to the United States, about The Hampton Synagogue’s upcoming mission to Oman.

Rabbi Schneier attended the Kazakhstan Independence Day Reception on December 3rd in Washington, DC. He discussed Muslim-Jewish relations with Ambassador Erzhan Kazykhanov, Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the United States.
